Shipping policy

Upon receipt of your order we will post it out to you via Royal Mail. All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. 

All UK orders are shipped out Royal Mail Tracked 48 at a cost of £1.95 for orders under £25. We offer FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £25

We do not offer a next day guaranteed tracked service. Our company is run around family life and this is added pressure. 

If you need your order in a hurry just pop us an email at lovelybuttonups@icloud.com and we will ensure it is posted 1st class and dispatched within one working day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to selected worldwide destinations. Our International orders are processed via Royal Mail and our postal charges are very reasonable. International postage charges are partly subsidised by our company for some destinations. We post International standard with parcels arriving in approximately 5 to 15 working days. We do not post with tracked services due to the very high cost. We send our Lovely Button Ups Wall Hooks all over the world very successfully.

SHIPPING TO USA

We are shipping to the USA and we will cover the 10% Tariff on your order. This will be calculated at the time when postage for your order is purchased via Royal Mail.. We will also pay the 50p handling charge via Royal Mail. We are trying to assist our USA Customers because we value you. 

CUSTOMS CHARGES AND TAXES

Customs charges and local taxes are the responsibility of the purchasing customer. We do not cover these charges.
